1. 1Structural Form of Lifting trolley
1.1.1 European optimized modular design, lifting weight 40t, working level FEM M6;
1.1.2 Lifting trolley is composed of end beam, bearing beam and lifting
module. Lifting module is a unique integrated structure consisting of lifting motor, reducer, brake and drum. The whole lifting trolley has compact structure, low headroom design, low height and self-weight, which is 1-2m shorter than the Soviet type and 30% lighter than the Soviet type. It reduces the height of workshop and saves construction cost.
1.1.3 The three-point supporting statically determinate structure reduces the internal stress, and the side-hanging reducer and the cantilever motor constitute a flexible driving system to ensure a smooth lifting, accurate positioning, low noise, and high transmission efficiency, which saves more than 40% of the power compared with the Soviet model. It is suitable for various load precision lifting occasions and is safe and reliable.
1.1.4 Maintenance-free design to reduce maintenance costs;
1.1.5 Load Limitation Sensor is set at the fixed end of the wire rope. It is sensitive to trigger. The accuracy of light load weighing is (+5%) and that of heavy load weighing is (+2%). It is safe and reliable and easy to maintain
1.1.6 The overload protection function is usually set as: 100% overload alarm, 110% overload can be reduced but not increased, 125% overload automatic parking, can not be increased or decreased;
1.1.7 Each side end beam has anti-derailment protection to effectively avoid derailment or fall of the car.
1.1.8 Trolley end beams are equipped with rubber bumpers on four sides.
1.1.9 Trolley adopts flexible end beam design, which can automatically correct deviation, eliminate three legs, avoid rail gnawing and run smoothly.
