Swing generation


In the process of acceleration and deceleration, the movement of the lifting always lags behind the movement of the driving, thus forming an Angle between the driving and the lifting. Under the action of gravity, the lifting will form a phenomenon of swaying back and forth.


Intelligent driving anti-swing method


The main anti-swing methods of driving include mechanical anti-swing and electrical control anti-swing. Mechanical anti-swing requires increased mechanical equipment resulting in increased driving weight and expensive cost, so it is rarely used.

Electrical control can be divided into closed-loop control and open-loop control. Closed-loop control requires swing Angle measurement device and control algorithm. Open-loop control does not need the Angle measuring device, and can realize the anti-swing control through the control algorithm, so it is also the most widely used anti-swing method at present.


Open-loop control


When the vehicle is running at a certain acceleration, the load will swing with a certain swing period (T), and the swing formed by the load will be eliminated after applying a short pulse of equal time at half the swing period (T/2). This control algorithm does not need Angle measuring device and belongs to open-loop control.



Closed loop control


The advantage of closed-loop control is that it gives full play to the important effect of the reaction, eliminates the unpredictable or uncertain elements, and makes the proofreading action more accurate and more powerful. But it lacks the preventative nature of open-loop control. Generally widely used in the external environment requirements are relatively high, high-precision occasions.
